JAKARTA, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- Five died and one is still missing after floods submerged thousands of houses in Indonesian North Sumatra province's capital city of Medan, an official said on Friday.
The high-intensity rains fell on Thursday night, making rivers overflow and causing floods in Sunggal, Deli, Babura, and Denai.
