(260415) -- BEIJING, April 15, 2026 (Xinhua) -- To Lam, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and president of Vietnam, takes a high-speed train to Xiong'an New Area of north China's Hebei Province on April 14, 2026.

To Lam arrived in Beijing on Tuesday for a state visit to China through Friday. Upon his arrival in Beijing, he took a high-speed train to visit Xiong'an New Area. (Xinhua/Jin Liangkuai)
